Greetings, and welcome to the 2011 Parade of Homes Plus, presented by the Builders Association of 
Elkhart County and sponsored by Mid-City Supply. This is the 44th year of the parade of homes - the third year in bringing the community an added "plus" with the Remodelers Showcase.
We would like to thank our participating builders and remodelers for their tireless work and diligence to make this years' Parade a success. As in programs past, they have all brought a diverse array of homes to this show. The scattered site event features 12 new homes and two remodeling projects situated throughout the area communities. In each home you'll discover great ideas, current eco-products, and design and color trends. The members are ready to share with you their homes' outstanding quality and craftsmanship.
As chairpersons we've had the benefit of a great committee to collaborate with all the planning, show transitions and decisions. A big "thank-you" to this fine group of member volunteers—and, to all members who volunteer countless hours and enthusiastic work to make this a successful event. We especially want to acknowledge the efforts of Gretchen Helman, Executive Officer, and Kim McKibbin, 
Membership Services Director, for making sure all is functioning according to plan — every little detail that makes a big difference.
Whether you are in the market to purchase a home or just making your wish-list, this show can help you understand and enjoy the process of home building, remodeling, and what the Builders Association brings to our communities. Every home you visit represents the commitment and dedication of our association members…builders, suppliers, their craftsmen, and all their support staff. The members of the Builders Association of Elkhart County and their firms make a sustaining contribution to the economic growth of this area.

President's Message
Welcome to the 2011 Parade of Homes Plus. The Builders Association of Elhart County is proud to present the show to you again this year. we hope you enjoy the latest in design, features, and green building products and techniques. This year when you plan your tour you will be able to take advantage 
of the restaurant coupons that are printed on the back of your tickets and make a day of the event and what it offers.
There are tremendous efforts that go into making this event by home buillders, BAEC staff and volunteers and sponsors, that without them and your participation it would not happen. We also want to thank the home owners for their participation and willingness to be a part of this great event. I know many people that look forward to this show every year.
